Once payment has been confirmed orders are dispatched the very next working day (Monday-Friday excluding national holidays). Once an order has been dispatched an automated email is sent. We do not include invoices or any paperwork with the order, but if required these can be sent via email. We take great care when sending orders, using various packing materials to avoid any damage during transit. All orders are sent in unremarkable plain packaging to provide complete confidentiality. Delivery to the UK

Orders are sent using a 1st class standard mail service, there is no signed, guaranteed or courier service available, this is due to the nature of the business. Transit times once an order has been dispatched are 1-3 working days on average including Saturdays. This service aims to deliver 93% of 1st class standard mail the next working day, but this is not guaranteed.

Unreceived orders are extremely rare, but in any case, an order is not received there will be no refunds or resending. When an order is sent, we take photographic evidence of the contents and retain a posting receipt. These pieces of evidence can be provided if there is a non-delivery issue.



Delivery to Europe

Orders are sent using a standard mail service, this is normally delivered by your countries national postal service (GLS also provide service in some countries). There is no signed, express or courier service available, this is due to the nature of the business. The average transit times once an order has been dispatched is 5-10 working days to most countries, Eastern European countries delivery times are generally 7-15 working days. Longer delivery times may occur in rural areas. The average delivery times provided are based on expeditious custom clearance.

Certain “safe delivery” methods such as the removal or change of product packaging are applied by default to selected countries (Austria, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland) to lower the risk of seizures. These methods can be abandoned upon request, but there will be no re-shipments in the case of the order being seized. We strongly recommend not using post office boxes, private bags, parcel lockers and other redirection services as these increase the risk of an order being seized.

If an order is seized by customs, we will issue store credit for the original order amount. There is a limit of one re-shipment per order. An official seizure notice must be provided along with a new name and address. All post office boxes, parcel lockers or redirection services are not covered for re-ships, this is due to an increased seizure risk using these services. Lost orders are extremely rare, but in any case, an order is not received without a seizure notice there will be no resending or refunds. When an order is sent, we take photographic evidence of the contents and retain a posting receipt. These pieces of evidence can be provided if there is a non-delivery issue.
