OUR SHIPPING INFORMATION & RE-SHIPMENT POLICY


Upon confirmation of payment, orders are dispatched on the next available working day (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays). An automated notification email is sent once the order has been dispatched. We take meticulous care in packaging all orders, utilizing appropriate packing materials to ensure their safe transit. All shipments are delivered in discreet, plain packaging to maintain complete confidentiality. Deliveries within the UK

Orders are shipped via a first-class standard mail service. Please note that this service does not include signed, guaranteed, or courier delivery options, owing to the nature of our business. Once an order has been dispatched, the expected transit time is approximately 1-3 working days, including Saturdays. While the service aims to deliver 93% of first-class mail on the next working day, please be aware that this is not guaranteed.

Unreceived orders are exceedingly rare in the UK. However, in the unlikely event that an order is not received, please note that refunds or re-shipments will not be issued. Upon dispatch, we document the contents of each package through photographic evidence and retain a valid posting receipt. These records can be provided in cases of an order not being received.



Deliveries within Europe

Orders are shipped via a standard postal service, typically delivered by your country's national postal provider (with GLS offering services in select regions). Please be aware that we do not offer signed, express, or courier delivery options due to the nature of our operations. Once dispatched, the average transit time to most countries can range from 5 to 10 working days. For Eastern European destinations, the average transit time is increased, and can range from 7 to 15 working days. Please note that longer delivery times may occur in rural or remote areas. The estimated delivery times are based on typical customs clearance and transit conditions.

For certain countries, specifically Austria, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland we implement a default “safe delivery” measure. These procudes can include removal or modification of the original product packaging, to reduce the risk of the order being seized by customs. These measures can be waived upon request; however, please note that you will not be eligible for re-shipment.

Redirection services such as PO boxes, parcel lockers, forwarding addresses or any redirection services are not eligible for re-shipment due to the increased risk of seizure by customs associated with these types of addresses.

In the event that an order is seized by customs, we will issue store credit equivalent to the original order amount excluding any postage costs. Please note that only one re-shipment is permitted per order. A formal seizure notice MUST be provided, along with a new recipient name and address.
